Renamed Zophrenic to Zotonic

Our Erlang powered CMS used to be named Zophrenic. We liked the name. Some e-mail filters didn’t like the name at all. So we decided to obey the filters and rename our CMS.
Zotonic is the new name.
Which aligns very well with Atatonic. Atatonic is the CSS framework we are using.
